電子コンテンツ利用ガイドライン (Japanese)

　電子ブック、電子ジャーナル、データベースなど（以下、電子コンテンツと記載）を利用する上では、出版社との利用契約などにより、以下の点に注意して下さい。
　以下の点が守られない場合には、理大サイトからの電子コンテンツの利用が制限されたり、停止されることがあります。
　違反により、大学またはサービス提供者等に損害が生じた場合には、その違反者に対して、損害賠償などを求めることがあります。
　また、館長の判断により、違反者からのアクセスを遮断することがあります。
　尚、岡山理科大学所属の利用者は、日本の著作権法を遵守することが前提となります。

  • 岡山理科大学所属の方は、電子コンテンツにアクセスすることが認められていますが、所属外の学外利用者はアクセスしないで下さい。
  • 個人の学術研究・教育目的・学習以外の利用は禁止です。
  • 著作権の侵害に該当する行為は禁止です。
  • 論文を印刷したり、ダウンロードして利用することができますが、それを第三者に提供したり、例えば自分のホームページにリンクして二次的な著作物の使用に当たる行為は、違反行為となります。
  • 読む分だけをダウンロードしてください。ブラウザの先読み機能や、文献管理ソフトの一括ダウンロード機能は、使用しないでください。
  • プログラムなどで自動的に多くの論文をダウンロードすることは禁止されています。
  • 短時間に集中的アクセスを行ったり、大量のデータをダウンロードすることは、不正とみなされます。
  • アクセスに必要なID・パスワードは、厳重に管理し、第三者に漏洩したり共有しないようにしてください。

    • Electronic Content Use Guidelines (English)

    　When using electronic content such as e-books, electronic journals, and databases (hereinafter referred to as electronic content), please be aware of the following points due to usage agreements with publishers.
    　If the following points are not observed, the use of electronic content from the university site may be restricted or suspended.
    　If damages occur to the university or service providers due to a violation, the violator may be held liable for damages or other compensation.
    　Additionally, access may be restricted for violators at the discretion of the director.
    　Furthermore, users affiliated with Okayama University of Science must comply with Japanese copyright law.

  • Those affiliated with Okayama University of Science are permitted to access electronic content, but outside users not affiliated with the university should not access it.
  • Use for purposes other than individual academic research, education, or learning is prohibited.
  • Acts that constitute copyright infringement are prohibited.
  • You can print or download the paper for your use, but providing it to third parties, such as linking it on your own homepage, constitutes a violation as it falls under the use of derivative works.
  • Please only download what you need to read. Do not use the prefetch feature of your browser or the batch download feature of literature management software.
  • Automatically downloading a large number of papers using programs is prohibited.
  • Intensive access in a short period or downloading large amounts of data will be considered fraudulent.
  • Please manage the ID and password necessary for access securely, and do not leak or share them with third parties.
